From gate, globe, check, to ball valves and triple offset valves ranging in size from ¼ to 96 inches, ANSI Class 150 through 4,500, we manufacture valves to meet ASME, API, and MSS specifications from various materials. TIMELINE
1936
In the beginning, the Company’s primary focus was wholesale plumbing and field salvage.
1946
The Company was incorporated under the Newmans name. At that time, the focus was changed to the Valves and Fittings industry until acquired by the Jordan Group in 1989.
2003
The business was purchased from PCC by the current group of partners that included the original owners of Newmans. In 2010, formed joint venture with Cameron.
2016
Newco was part of the Cameron Newmans Joint Venture that was acquired by Schlumberger.
2016
The former Newmans owners purchased the Newmans distribution name from Schlumberger and earned a Master Distributor designation to begin handling inventory, sales, and distribution of Newco valves.
2017
In addition to being the Newco Master Distributor, we became the Exclusive Master Distributor of Powell Pressure Seals.
2019
Through Newmans continued growth and success, we have grown our inventory level to service our 500+ active customers.
2022
Entered into a partnership with SLB/Cameron for the Western Hemisphere where Newmans customer focus and SLB/Cameron’s valve quality puts NEWCO as your product of choice.
2023
Newmans Valve LLC purchased back the NEWCO and OIC brands from Cameron International, a Schlumberger Company.

Management personnel are an essential key to the safety program, and will both fully enforce all company safety and health policies and maintain documentation of all issues related to the company’s safety and health program.
